XIII. Board will consider and take possible action to authorize the Superintendent or his designee to issue a Request for Proposals for Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Administration Building Project and establishing a process for evaluation.

XIV. Board will consider and take possible action to adopt the prevailing wage rates published by the United States Department of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. Section 276a et seq.), and its subsequent amendments, in connection with the construction of the Administration Building Project, excluding fringe benefits.

XV. Closed Session: Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; and Section 551.076 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person.
