XI. Closed Session - Board will meet in closed/executive session as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate: 1) employment and/or termination of probationary contract employees for 2008-09 school year, 2) renewals and/or proposed non-renewals of term contract employees for 2008-09 school year and 3) re-employment and/or termination of employment agreement employees for 2008-09 school year.

XII. Board will consider adopting the Scott & White "Worth the Wait" sex education curriculum as recommended by the Student Health Advisory Council (SHAC).

XIII. Board will consider adopting Schwartz & Eichelbaum, Wardell, Mehl & Hansen, P.C.'s 2008 Revised Edition Contract Package.

XIV. Board will consider Superintendent's 2008-09 school year recommendations regarding employment and contract status of classroom teachers and other non-administrative professional personnel (Tex. Gov't. Code 551.074):
