Consider and approve contract amendments as needed to terminate by mutual consent any and all contractual relationships or agreements between Benavides ISD and the Texas New Schools Accelerator, dba Public School Partners, effective at the end of the current school year, 2023-2024; and to authorize the Superintendent to take any and all other action necessary to finalize the termination of the agreements effective at the end of the current school year, 2023-2024.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

The Board will enter into Closed Session in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code 551.071 and 551.074 to Deliberate and Consider the Following:

1.A. Resignation/Retirement/Reassignments

1.B.
