7.A.1. The next Regular School Board Meeting is scheduled for July 10th, 2023. Most of our office staff will be off the week of July 4th. This is part of their non-working days during the school year. It would be best for the staff if we had the Regular July Board Meeting on July 17th, 2023.

Consider action to approve a company to provide security window film for BISD facilities and to use a purchasing cooperative to meet procurement requirements in order to provide the best value for Ballinger ISD, and to authorize the Superintendent to enter into any agreements that need to be signed in order to complete the security window film project. The funds to pay for the project will come from Fund Balance.
