Approve acceptance of a competitive grant in the amount of $718,443.00 from USDA Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program for eighteen schools: Bel-Aire, Crossroads, Creekbend, D'Iberville Elementary, D'Iberville Middle, Harrison Central Elementary, Lizana, Lyman, North Gulfport, North Woolmarket, Orange Grove, Pineville, River Oaks, Saucier, Three Rivers, West Wortham, West Harrison Middle, and Woolmarket Elementary. VII.C.10. Approve request assigning students previously assigned to the Behavior Modification or Alternative School program for vaping to the In-School Reassignment (ISR) program, beginning August 2023. Students will be required to complete the Catch My Breath program. (JCD)

VII.C.13. Approve Designation of Applicant Agent for public assistance to identify Tanya Laville as the designated applicant agent for public assistance regarding FEMA-4528-DR-MS and FEMA-4576-DR-MS, and authorize to execute applications for the purpose of obtaining and administering certain federal financial assistance.

VII.C.14. Approve Amended Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City of D'Iberville for School Resource Officers for the 2023-2024 school year. The original MOU was approved on July 10, 2023.

VII.C.15. * Approve Agreement with the City of D'Iberville for use of recreational facilities owned by the City of D'Iberville - Rusty Quave Sports Complex. The use is limited to soccer, baseball and softball. The cost is $35,000.00 for the 2023-2024 school year.

VII.C.16. * Approve Resolution #2741 with the City of D'Iberville and the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to support repairs to the roadway and parking areas within the Bobby Eleuterius Recreational Complex located off Brodie Road. This is a joint project with the Harrison County Board of Supervisors, City of D'Iberville, and Harrison County School District. Cost is estimated to be less than $200,000.00 and will be distributed equally.

VII.C.17. * Approve request to remove five (5) portable buildings from fixed asset inventory for West Wortham. Due to the condition of the buildings, they are no longer able to accommodate students. Further approve allowing Loaves and Fishes, a non-profit group in Biloxi, to remove one of the portables at their expense for their use.
