VII.E.2. Authorize payment to Mississippi Power Company for Indoor Air Quality Energy Services Project (HVAC) as follows:

Schools: Three Rivers, North Woolmarket. West Wortham, Harrison Central High, Bel-Aire, Crossroads, Harrison Central Elementary, and North Gulfport.
ESSER III Project - $1,465,471.90
Schools: Woolmarket, D'Iberville Elementary, D'Iberville Middle, Orange Grove, Lizana, Lyman, Saucier, and Pineville.

VII.E.3. Authorize payment in the amount of $14,355.00 to Gulf Coast Education Initiative Consortium for 2022-2023 annual membership dues. (FDGB)

Approve recommendation of Marty Hardy, Architect, to reject the bid received from Hopkins Construction and Maintenance, LLC, for the HCSD Administration Building Warehouse Improvements project.
