II.A. The Board of Education will Vote to Convene in Closed Session for the Purpose of Considering the Following Matter:

II.A.1. Considering the Employment, Promotion, Compensation, or Performance Evaluation Data of Any Public Employee Over Which the Government body has Jurisdiction or Exercises Responsibility, i.e. Candidate Who May Be Qualified to Serve as Director of Business Services. This meeting is Authorized Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

II.B. The Board of Education will Vote to Adjourn from Closed Session and May or May Not Reconvene in Open Session to Take Action on the Issue Discussed.
