VII.2. 6353 W Vienna Rd- Appeal for a zoning variance for fence measuring 10 feet in height.
Description:
Sheldon Miller is requesting a variance to allow a fence 10 feet in height to be placed around property at 6353 W Vienna Rd for the purpose of a deer farm.

VII.3. 3420 W Vienna Rd- Variance for dumpster
Description:
3420 W Vienna Rd is asking for a variance to exclude a dumpster and enclosure on their site due to lack of available space. They have entered into an agreement with the Vienna Township offices to utilize their dumpster, with an anticipation of 1-2 bags per week.

VII.4. Request for extension of variance by Michael Uhelski
Description:
Michael Uhelski is requesting an extension of the variance that was originally approved on April 6th, 2022. His original request included allowing his pole barn to be built closer to the house than ordinance allowed and also that it be built prior to his home. The variance was approved with the stipulation that both the house and pole barn permits be pulled together and completion was 1 year.
At present time the house permit has not been pulled and his barn permit has expired, therefore leading him to request this extension.
