Description:
Announcement by the Board President as to whether a quorum is present and that notice of the meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.

4. PUBLIC FORUM
Description:
It is the policy of the Board that if members of the audience wish to address the Board, they must sign the form at the entrance prior to the Board’s meeting and it is limited to no more than five minutes per speaker.

5. DISCUSSION ITEMS

5.A. Construction updates on the summer projects, including but not limited to the elementary building progress, exterior lighting and other projects
|

6. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Description:
ADJOURNED TO CLOSED SESSION for the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized under the Texas Open Meetings Act of Texas Government Code Title 5, Chapter 551 Subchapter D, whereupon the Superintendent, at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion personnel matters (Sec. 551.074) and Board Training (Sec. 551.083).

6.A. During the executive session, the board will also be participating in required board training during the Team of 8 training to be provided by Mr. Mark Parsons, Director of Strategic Leadership, with ESC Region 12

7. CONSIDERATION and POSSIBLE ACTION to address any matters considered and/or discussed during the executive session when action is required in the opinion of the Board of Trustees

7.A. Consideration and possible action to approve the proposed recommendation to hire an elementary principal
