Deliberation and possible action to join The Interlocal Purchasing System (“TIPS”) or to ratify the District’s previous action taken by the Board to join TIPS and to authorize the superintendent to execute any and all documents necessary and to take any action required to accomplish the joining/ratifying of TIPS membership for the District.
Deliberation and possible action to purchase a video/LED scoreboard system and track and field add-on package from VCRNow using the interlocal agreement procurement method, and to authorize the superintendent to execute any and all documents necessary to complete the purchase, including, but not limited to the purchase agreement, and to take any and all other action necessary to accomplish the purchase of the video/LED scoreboard with the track and field add-on package.
Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution authorizing the District’s financing of the video/LED scoreboard system and track and field add-on package purchase through a financing agreement with Government Capital Corporation and to authorize the superintendent to execute any and all documents necessary to complete the financing, including, but not limited to the financing agreement, and to take any and all other action necessary to accomplish the financing of the video/LED scoreboard system and track and field add-on package.
