I. Board Meeting Organization

I.A. The Board Meeting will be held in accordance with the Governor’s order to have only 5 individuals gathered in the room.  Board Members other than the President will attend via conference calls.   The meeting will be live streamed on YouTube as normal.  Anyone wishing to speak at the meeting will need to contact the Superintendent's Office at 575-627-2511 by 4:00 pm on Monday, May 11, 2020.  Individuals asking to speak will receive a phone call during the meeting.  They will be asked to follow the requirements read by the Board President and will be allowed three minutes to speak.
