8.B. Consideration and possible action to adopt resolution accepting bid for no-surface rights oil, gas and mineral lease and authorizing a no-surface rights oil, gas and mineral lease on the following tracts of real property:

Tract No. 1: Lamar AEP - All of Block 75; and Lots 16 through 29, inclusive, of Block 74, of the North Pecos Addition to the Town of Pecos City out of Section 6, Block 5, H&GN Railroad Company Survey, Reeves County, Texas, containing 4.389 acres, more or less;

Tract No. 2: Zavala Junior High School - Lots 49 through 58, inclusive; Lots 60 through 69, inclusive; Lots 108 through 127, inclusive; and the interest in all streets and alleys abutting on and adjacent to the hereinabove described Lots that may have reverted to owners of record by reason of the closing of such streets and alleys by the Town Council of the Town of Pecos City, all in the East Park Subdivision of Block F of the College Addition to the Town of Pecos City out of Section 5, Block 5, H&GN Railroad Company Survey, Reeves County, Texas, containing 7.971 acres, more or less;
