Consider and possible action approving the proposed amendment to the No Surface Use Oil and Gas Lease dated August 16, 2013 by and between Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD and Jetta Operating Company, Inc. to more particularly describe the legal description of the Leased Premises in said lease as follows:

Approximately 8.86 acres of land, more or less, located in Section 174, Block 34, Ward County, Texas, and being describeed as the following tracts:
TRACT 1:  Being all of Block 46, Original Town of Barstow, Ward County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof dated December 21, 1896, recorded in Volume 1, Page 549 of the Deed Records of Ward County, Texas, including all adjacent streets and alleys.
TRACT 2:  Being the South One-half (S 1/2) of Lot Three (3), and all of Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block 47, Original Town of Barstow, Ward County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof dated December 21, 1896, recorded in Volume 1, Page 549 of the Deed Records of Ward County, Texas, including all adjacent streets and alleys.
