The Board President will acknowledge that she approved the remote participation of all board members in order to conduct the November 16, 2020 scheduled board meeting as a virtual meeting as permitted by Senate Bill 1108 which amended certain provisions of the Open Meetings Act, and our board resolution adopted on October 19, 2020.

Approve the reconfirmation of instructional delivery methods for MAISD student programs.

Authorize the superintendent to negotiate and approve the nursing contracts with Spectrum Health for our Center Based RNs and LPNs.

Approve the appointment of LouAnna Spoelhof, representing Timberland Charter Academy to the MAISD Special Education Parent Advisory Committee.

Approve COVID-19 Supplemental Pandemic Pay for Early Childhood Center Employees: $500 for early childhood teaching staff (Head Start & Early Head Start) and $250 for early childhood support staff for the 2019-20 school year only and to staff averaging a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Approve the purchase of $54,978.28 in early childhood teaching supplies/curriculum materials from Kaplan for Head Start and GSRP classrooms.

Approve the contract with Presidio in the amount of $56,788.45 for the replacement of DVR hardware for MAISD.

Approve the purchase of 20 HP Elitebook 850 G6 laptops from CDWG in the amount of $41,500.00. CDWG is a REMC vendor under the REMC Save Cooperative Bid Project.
