7.3. Consider out of state trip for elementary teachers Stacy L. Aune and Stephanie Aho to attend International Baccalaureate Level I Training in Keystone, Colorado, June 26-29, 2017.

7.4. Consider Joint Powers Agreement with the State of Minnesota through the Minnesota Department of Education for a term of approximately five (5) years commencing July 1, 2017, for implementation of the "Pryamid Model" for the Early Childhood Special Education program and confirming Parkview Learning Center Principal Michael Krebsbach as the district's Authorized Representative.
