7.A. Consent Agenda

Description:
The Lane ESD
Board of Directors has agreed to implement a consent agenda. All items in the consent agenda are adopted
by a single motion unless a member of the Board or the Superintendent requests
that such item be removed from the consent agenda and acted upon separately.
Generally, consent agenda items are matters which members of the Board agree are routine in nature and should be acted upon in one motion to conserve time and to enable the Board to focus on the other matters on the agenda. Back-up materials for consent agenda items are included in the agenda packet as needed. Minutes of this meeting will reflect action on each item. If any board member wishes to withdraw any consent group item, it will be moved to the appropriate section of the agenda. 7.C. Appoint Component District Board Liaison

Description:
Creswell School District's Board of Directors has nominated Mike Anderson, Board Member, to serve as a medium district Board liaison to the Lane ESD Board of Directors.
Creswell School District forwarded the following bio for Mr. Anderson: Mike Anderson is the Board Chair for the Creswell School District Board of Directors – 4th year of his 1st term. Prior to joining the Board, Mike represented the citizens of Creswell for three years on the City Council. Mike is an OSU graduate with 45+ years of successful work in veneer and plywood sales. His experiences in the private sector, combined with his services to our community, provide wonderful perspectives and ideas to help prepare our students for success. BE IT RESOLVED that the Lane ESD Board of Directors appoints Mike Anderson, Creswell School District Board Member, as Board Liaison to the Lane ESD Board of Directors. |
