2. Review minutes from the September 5th meeting

3. Review Board Policies with the Equity Lens

3.A. Policy GCDA/GDDA-Criminal Records Checks and Fingerprinting. (ORS 342.143)

3.A.1. Report on action steps from the June meeting and follow up on next steps from the August meeting:

3.A.1.a. Assistant Superintendent Perrins and Human Resources Director Woodard share how our component districts feel about the work the committee is doing on this policy.

3.A.1.b. Director Woodard to provide updates about the community partners that will be contacted.

3.A.1.c. What is our Board's response to the committee's ideas?

3.A.1.d. Determine our ask and key items that we need in our presentation to the legislature if we decide to move forward.
 

4. Discussion of how to implement goal 2 of the Equity policy in relation to Student Services

4.A. Report on action steps from the September meeting:

4.A.1. Review draft contracting policy prepared by Don Hicks.

4.A.2. Updates from Assistant Superintendent Perrins regarding information that he gathered from meeting with the seven coordinators within MESD and Facilities Supervisor Rich Wehring about their contracts.
 

5. Updates from Director Woodard and Assistant Superintendent Perrins regarding the progress of the Agency Equity Lens development.
