The Board of Trustees calls an emergency meeting pursuant to Section 551.045 of the Texas Government Code due to an urgent necessity requiring immediate action of the Board of Trustees because of an unforeseeable situation related to infrastructure failures, specifically the failure of flashing at Argyle High School that has the potential of causing water damage to the gym floor if not repaired immediately.
