1. Call to Order - Determine if a Quorum is Present

2. Executive Session as authorized by Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E:

2.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student.

2.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

2.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, to seek the advice regarding pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the dutyof the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
1. Consultation with the Board’s attorney regarding process and procedures for the hearing to be conducted in agenda item 2. C-2. 2. Pursuant to Board Policy FNG (LOCAL), conduct an initial hearing to determine whether the substance of the Level III complaint filed by Mr. and Mrs. Wes Timmons will be heard. 3. Consultation with the Board’s attorney regarding agenda item 3. A. |
3. Return to open meeting and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting
