V.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $984,417.05

V.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 9.29.17 in the amount of $935,386.69 and 10.13.17 in the amount of $946,133.73.   Authorize preparation and release of payroll dated 10.27.17 and 11.10.17.

V.B.3. Adopt a resolution to waive the limitation on administrative costs for the 2017-2018 school year. This is an annual requirement by ISBE for school districts who rank in the lowest 25% of per pupil administrative expenditures.
