1. Consideration of the matter cannot be delayed until the next regular meeting due to day/date posted for opening the bid. In view of the circumstances, the Board of Trustees will meet, at the time and place stated, in order that the Board of Trustee's urgent business and affairs may be conducted promptly and with dispatch.
