13. Consider and Approve issuing Covid-19 retention stipends to all employees to allow the District to retain high caliber personnel needed to ensure that student needs are met campus-wide. All staff have taken on additional duties as a result of Covid-19 relating to educating, transporting, feeding, and supporting students and providing a safe return to campus. As well as a 25% enrollment growth throughout the year. Stipends will be covered using ESSER II grant funds. This will be a one-time payment to employees who are employed as of December 15, 2021.
