IV.1. Consideration and approval of Cenergistic LLC Services Agreement.

IV.2. Consider Approval under Texas Tax Code Section 34.05 (i) for Sale of Property and release in the city of Plainview as listed below.

IV.3. Consider approval for monetary donation of $5000 from Bayer Fund 2023 America’s Farmers Grow Communities Organization. The purpose of the donation will be for FFA to purchase central city scale with digital monitors. These scales will be universal for all animals at the Plainview FFA Ag farm and help improve accuracy for student’s livestock projects.

IV.4. Consider approval of nonmonetary donation valued over $5000 from Marine Foundation of Toys for Tots Literacy Program’s. The efforts of the Foundation are to increase literacy, lessen children’s anxiety, and bring normalcy to children by providing books to children in schools receiving Title I funding.
