11.D. Consider and possible action to ratify the proposed amendment to the No Surface Use Oil and Gas Lease dated August 16, 2013 by and between Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD and Jetta Operating Company, Inc. to more particularly describe the legal description of the Leased Premises in said lease as follows:
Approximately 8.86 acres of land, more or less, located in Section 174, Block 34, Ward County, Texas, and being describeed as the following tracts: TRACT 1: Being all of Block 46, Original Town of Barstow, Ward County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof dated December 21, 1896, recorded in Volume 1, Page 549 of the Deed Records of Ward County, Texas, including all adjacent streets and alleys. TRACT 2: Being the South One-half (S 1/2) of Lot Three (3), and all of Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block 47, Original Town of Barstow, Ward County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof dated December 21, 1896, recorded in Volume 1, Page 549 of the Deed Records of Ward County, Texas, including all adjacent streets and alleys.

Texas Gov't Code 551.072 to deliberate the purchase and value of the real property located at 1804 Jefferson Street, with a legal description of: Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Fourteen (14), of the Mountainview Addition, Town of Pecos city, Reeves County, Texas, according to the Plat of record in the office of the County Clerk of Reeves County, Texas, offered for sale by Ben N. Matta, Jr. as the Independent Executor of the Estate of Jesusita Navarette Matta, and to obtain legal advice for the District’s counsel on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the provisions of the Texas Government Code, as permitted by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.129, specifically, legal issues related to the real property identified above.
