4.D. Consider/Approve David Dettmann's request for a Paternity Leave of Absence beginning around February 11, 2016, and returning February 25, 2016. Mr. Dettmann will be using sick leave for this leave.

4.E. Consider/Approve Ashley Theuner's request for a FMLA Maternity Leave of Absence beginning around February 28th through May 23, 2016. Ms. Theuner will be using sick leave for the first 6 weeks of the leave and the rest of the leave will be without pay.

4.F. Consider/Approve Joe Conger's request for a Paternity Leave of Absence beginning around January 30, 2016, for up to two weeks. Mr. Conger will use his sick leave for this leave.

4.G. Consider/Approve Hailey Liffrig's recommendation to hire Emily Rinken as a Tiger Time Assistant beginning on January 18, 2016. Ms. Rinken will be paid on Step 1 of the Tiger Time Assistant Pay Scale at $9.00/hr.

4.H. Consider/Approve Hailey Liffrig's recommendation to hire Grace Myhre as a Tiger Time Assistant beginning on January 18, 2016. Ms. Myhre will be paid on Step 1 of the Tiger Time Assistant Pay Scale at $9.00/hr.

4.I. Consider/Accept Andria Roger's resignation as the Junior Varsity Softball Coach effective 1/8/2016.

4.J. Consider/Approve Janet Hartman's recommendation to hire Teala Heddlesten as a .48 FTE Special Education Teacher for the 2015-2016 school year. Ms. Heddlesten will be placed on BA, Step 1 of the Master Agreement at a pro-rated salary of $17,802.72. Ms. Heddlesten's first day of teaching will be January 18, 2016. ATTACHMENT
