9.A. Consider accepting the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, to expel a seventh grade student for the first semester of the 2023-2024 school year with services.

Consider accepting the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, to expel a ninth grade Cahokia High School student for the first semester of the 2023-2024 school year. However, the expulsion will be stayed if the student enrolls and successfully completes the requirements of the Regional Office of Education Safe School.
